Description
The role is an advanced engineering position in Puerto Rico focused on process optimization, troubleshooting, equipment evaluation, technical assessments, engineering projects, and complex system modifications in pharmaceutical or life-science manufacturing environments. The engineer will develop technical solutions, coordinate with cross-functional teams and external consultants, supervise a small staff, and produce inspection-ready documentation. The posting requires a doctorate, or a master's degree plus two years of engineering experience, or a bachelor's degree plus four years of engineering experience.
