Inteldot is hiring an Engineering Technology Specialist for a leading client in Puerto Rico. The role independently directs process optimization, troubleshooting, engineering design, system modifications, and capital projects; develops engineering procedures; coordinates engineers, consultants, and project teams; and leads complex technical solutions. Candidates need experience with data analysis, dashboard development, statistical evaluation, GMP documentation, validation, and process improvement, along with knowledge of AI-enabled or automation tools such as Python, Codex, Power Automate, SQL, or VBA. The position requires a doctorate, or a master’s degree plus two years of engineering experience, or a bachelor’s degree plus four years of engineering experience.
