Description
Emerson is seeking a supplier-development professional to identify and develop global casting, machining, and other commodity suppliers in India, manage supplier quality, delivery, lead time, cost, and capability performance, and support sourcing, negotiation, risk mitigation, supplier improvement, and strategic supply-chain initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, 5–8 years of supplier development and management experience, knowledge of casting, machining, forging, and metal-forming processes, cost-estimation and negotiation skills, project-management ability, and proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
