Description
Emerson is seeking a Supplier Development Manager focused on global casting, machining, and forging commodities. The role develops and manages strategic suppliers, improves supplier quality, delivery, capacity, cost competitiveness, and manufacturing processes, supports sourcing and cost-saving initiatives, and collaborates with engineering, quality, marketing, and other stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, 5–8 years of supplier development and management experience, knowledge of casting, machining, forging, and metal forming, strong negotiation and project-management skills, and proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
