Sika is hiring a Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager Technical Service (Market Field Engineering) in Bangalore to provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, application training, process audits, test planning, documentation, and customer engagement for the Automotive & Industry business. The role collaborates with sales and technical service teams, develops new business opportunities, and requires a chemical, polymer, or materials engineering degree or related chemistry qualification plus five years of experience in technical service or application engineering in specialty chemicals, polymers, elastomers, adhesives, or sealants. The position involves 60–70% travel and reports to the Technical Service Manager.
