AlfaTech is hiring two full-time Senior Electrical Engineers for a hybrid role based in San Jose, California. The position provides technical leadership on electrical design projects, including power systems, emergency power, lighting compliance, NEC and energy-code design, submittal reviews, client communication, project coordination, and mentorship of junior engineers. Candidates should have 8–10 years of relevant design experience, a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, strong Revit and BIM 360 proficiency, and knowledge of California and local codes; PE certification and BMS or LEED accreditation are preferred.
