Apex Engineering Group is hiring a senior municipal engineering leader in St. Cloud, Minnesota, to manage and grow municipal services for public and private clients in Minnesota and/or North Dakota. The role oversees client relationships, RFPs, contracts, project budgets, strategic partnerships, business development, project pursuits, staffing, mentorship, and financial reporting, while reporting to the Municipal Sector Leader. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, have at least 10 years of municipal engineering experience and 7 years of project management experience, and be licensed to practice engineering in Minnesota or North Dakota. The position offers a base salary of $125,000 to $175,000 plus health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
