Description
Apex Engineering Group is hiring a senior-level Municipal Engineering Manager in Bismarck, North Dakota, to manage and grow municipal services for public and private clients in Minnesota and/or North Dakota. The role oversees client relationships, RFPs, contracts, project budgets, business development, staffing, project pursuits, sector strategy, and financial reporting, while mentoring project engineers and participating in professional organizations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, 10+ years of municipal engineering experience, at least 7 years of project management experience, and a license to practice engineering in Minnesota or North Dakota. The position offers a base salary of $125,000 to $175,000 plus health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
