Description
Apex Engineering Group is hiring a senior-level Municipal Engineering Manager in Dickinson, North Dakota, to manage and grow municipal services for public and private clients in Minnesota and/or North Dakota. The role oversees client relationships, RFPs, contracts, project budgets, business development, staffing, project pursuits, sector strategy, and mentorship of project engineers, while reporting to the Municipal Sector Leader. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, have at least 10 years of municipal engineering experience and 7 years of project management experience, and be licensed to practice engineering in Minnesota or North Dakota. The position offers a base salary of $125,000 to $175,000 plus health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
