The role oversees client relationships, RFPs, contracts, project budgets, business development, staffing, project pursuits, sector strategy, and financial reporting, while mentoring project engineers and participating in professional organizations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, at least 10 years of municipal engineering experience, 7 years of project management experience, and an ND engineering license. The position offers a base salary of $125,000–$175,000 plus bonuses and benefits.
