Description
Apex Engineering Group is hiring a senior-level Municipal Engineering Manager in Minnetonka, Minnesota, to manage and grow municipal services for public and private clients in Minnesota and/or North Dakota. The role oversees client relationships, RFPs, contracts, project budgets, business development, staffing, project pursuits, sector strategy, and mentorship of project engineers. It requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, 10+ years of municipal engineering experience, at least 7 years of project management experience, and an engineer’s license to practice in Minnesota and/or North Dakota. The position offers a base salary of $125,000–$175,000 plus performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
