Description
Renesas is seeking a Semiconductor Device & Process Development Engineer to support semiconductor device development from concept through mass-production ramp-up. The role covers device structure design, wafer process flow construction, device measurement and evaluation, and collaboration with element process, product design, and quality assurance teams. Candidates need at least one year of experience in semiconductor device structure design and/or process development, basic semiconductor physics knowledge, and wafer process prototyping experience; prior semiconductor device development experience is not required because the company can develop the engineer’s skills over time. Preferred qualifications include wafer-level electrical characteristic measurement and TEG layout design skills.
