Description
The Sr. Engineer will lead complex pharmaceutical or biotechnology engineering projects, develop process optimization and troubleshooting strategies, design major system modifications, and coordinate engineering work across manufacturing, validation, quality, facilities, and other departments. The role also supervises a small staff, develops engineering policies and budgets, and applies GMP, GLP, validation, and process-improvement expertise. Candidates need a master’s degree in engineering with two years of engineering experience or a bachelor’s degree with four years of engineering experience, along with pharmaceutical process, validation, documentation, laboratory equipment, and problem-solving skills.
