The role involves assigning and scheduling tasks, evaluating solution feasibility, approving structural and blueprint designs, improving colleague performance, assessing supplier solutions and costing, and following project schedules. The engineer must have mechanical layout and automation/mechatronics expertise, CAD/SOLIDWORKS and office-tool familiarity, knowledge of PLC/PC and motion control, and machining experience; precision automation, independent automation-product-line design, and automation-project management experience are preferred.
