The role leads industrial engineering activities to improve productivity, line efficiency, cost reduction, and manufacturing performance through motion study, line balancing, lean initiatives, SAP data management, standard time analysis, new-line setup, capacity planning, EHS compliance, and project support. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or above, at least six years of industrial engineering or related experience, factory layout and production line setup experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD and related tools.
