Description
Renesas is hiring an AI Compiler Engineer for its HPC team to develop compiler and code-generation technologies for automotive System-on-Chip platforms. The role leads AI compiler architecture, graph and NPU performance optimization, model lowering, runtime integration, and hardware-software co-design, while owning performance KPIs and ensuring automotive safety and real-time requirements. The engineer will mentor senior engineers and set technical direction without people-management responsibilities.
