LinkedIn is hiring a Data Center Engineer, Field Engineering to support owner-side infrastructure validation, commissioning, and operational readiness for mission-critical data center facilities across North America. The role performs field inspections, installation verification, system testing, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action validation across mechanical, electrical, cooling, controls, low-voltage, and white-space systems, with particular emphasis on liquid-cooled GPU and AI infrastructure. It is a hybrid position based in Ashburn, Virginia, with travel to project sites as required, and offers a base salary of $109,000 to $180,000 plus potential bonus, stock, benefits, and other incentive compensation.
