Description
GlobalFoundries is seeking a senior SoC DFT Engineer to design and verify custom System-on-Chip architectures throughout the silicon lifecycle. The role covers DFT architectures, ATPG, MBIST, LBIST, scan insertion, analog test, test-pattern generation, automation scripting, silicon bring-up analysis, and documentation. It is suited to a recent graduate or engineer with up to two years of relevant experience, a strong digital-design foundation, and coursework or project experience with Verilog or SystemVerilog.
