Description
GlobalFoundries is hiring a Senior SoC DFT Engineer to design and verify custom System-on-Chip architectures throughout the silicon lifecycle. The role covers DFT architectures, ATPG, MBIST, LBIST, scan insertion, analog test, test-pattern generation, automation scripting, silicon bring-up analysis, and documentation. Candidates should have a master's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, or a bachelor's degree with at least two years of relevant industry experience, along with digital design, Verilog or SystemVerilog, and scripting-language experience.
