Description
Renesas is seeking an IC Verification Engineer to develop and maintain System Verilog and UVM verification environments for complex memory-interface integrated circuits. The role involves creating testbench components, defining verification plans, executing functional and code coverage, debugging regression failures, and collaborating with design and verification engineering teams. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics or electrical engineering, 2–5 years of experience managing complex design or verification projects, and strong knowledge of IC verification tools and flows; DDR4/DDR5/LPDDR5/DIMM knowledge is preferred.
