The role supports special projects, process instructions, formal FC submissions, BOMs, training, standard operating procedures, defect analysis, PFMEA, PCR/ECR evaluation, process capability improvement, failure analysis, troubleshooting, new-product trial runs, and Lean and Six Sigma process improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least six years of process design experience in the electronics industry, engineering analysis and root-cause skills, organizational and computer skills, and effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
