Alight is hiring a Lead Engineer- DevOps (T3) to build, test, and maintain the tools and infrastructure supporting software development and application releases. The role focuses on automating development and release processes, managing cloud and server infrastructure, designing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and troubleshooting systems, collaborating with development and operations teams, and implementing security and compliance practices. Candidates need at least four years of experience, proficiency with Python, Ruby, or shell scripting, cloud platform knowledge, and experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tools.
