Description
Micron Technology is hiring a full-time DRAM Hardware Modeler to understand the LPDRAM state machine, develop hardware models for DRAM features, create validation test benches, build memory controller models, develop Python automation scripts, and support simulation methodologies. The role also involves system and software architecture, requirements analysis, testing, documentation, and project advice. A master's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field is accepted, along with C/C++ or Python, debugging, LPDRAM technology, computer architecture, memory controller and cache policy, and simulation methodologies. The US base salary range is $170,604 to $238,000.
