Description
The Senior Electrical Engineer leads product design and development for induction and synchronous motors, including CAD design, engineering calculations and simulations, prototyping, testing, documentation, manufacturing reviews, and production support. The role also oversees junior engineers, leads product improvement and cost-reduction initiatives, supports customer and technical-conference activities, and ensures compliance with company, customer, and industry standards. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, 5–8 years of rotating-machine design experience, medium- and high-voltage equipment experience, and familiarity with CAD, PDM, and simulation software.
