Moneris is hiring a Senior Engineer, End User Services in Toronto on a hybrid basis to lead enterprise endpoint management and end-user enablement. The role owns Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Windows image lifecycle, device management, patching, vulnerability remediation, PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation, third-level escalation support, and pilot testing, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to standards and process improvements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience, at least five years of relevant end-user enablement or enterprise support experience, and 5–7 years of hands-on modern endpoint management experience.
