Molex is hiring a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer in Shijie Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, to qualify, monitor, and improve the quality of outsourced suppliers, especially for injection molding. The role supports new supplier qualifications, injection mold development, Moldflow simulation, process and tooling qualification, supplier audits, FMEA and control-plan reviews, corrective-action tracking, and supplier business reviews. It requires a bachelor's degree in plastics engineering technology, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering, at least 10 years of process and tooling experience, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification, and the ability to travel up to 50%.
