Molex is hiring a Senior Hardware Engineer in Wuhan, Hubei, China. The role joins customers’ specification reviews, evaluates risks, and supports PLM and marketing in finalizing specifications. It owns architecture and high-risk technology, writes design documents, assigns design tasks, leads schematic design, guides PCB layout engineers, reviews hardware designs and documentation, provides advanced training, and supports customers while troubleshooting issues. The position requires proficiency in analog and digital circuit design, familiarity with Orcad and Allegro, circuit analysis and simulation, PCB layout, and laboratory instrumentation, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.
