Micron Technology is hiring a Layout Design Engineer for its HBM Team in Hyderabad, India. The role focuses on designing and developing critical analog, mixed-signal, and custom digital blocks, supporting full-chip integration, performing LVS/DRC and antenna verification, delivering block-level layouts, and leading junior team members in a multi-project environment. Candidates need 6 to 9 years of memory or custom layout design experience in advanced CMOS processes, expertise in Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphic Calibre, and a BE or MTech in Electronic/VLSI Engineering.
