Lucid is hiring an Associate Interior Components and Systems Engineer to support the development, packaging, engineering release, validation, manufacturing launch, and production support of automotive interior systems. The role involves creating interior solutions, managing engineering deliverables, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading supplier technical engagement, using CAD and engineering analysis tools, resolving design and manufacturing issues, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least five years of automotive interior systems experience, vehicle launch experience, supplier management experience, and proficiency with CATIA V5/V6 or equivalent CAD tools.
