STARZ is hiring a Senior Engineer, AI/ML to analyze large, complex technology and operational datasets and surface actionable signals, anomalies, and trends. The role focuses on Snowflake data warehouses, streaming analytics, video playback telemetry, customer care, device and authentication events, and the application of machine learning, statistical methods, and generative AI. Responsibilities include building signals frameworks, defining KPIs and alert thresholds, developing ML models, using LLMs for log and telemetry summarization, and partnering with engineering, customer care, product, and executive teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 5–8+ years of experience in data science, analytics engineering, or a related technical discipline, with compensation of $150,000–$180,000 and medical, vision, and dental coverage.
