Molex is hiring a Senior Maintenance Engineer in Shijie Town, Dongguan, Guangdong. The role leads maintenance technicians, manages TPM and equipment reliability, supports production efficiency, maintains FUSION system data, troubleshoots equipment and fixture issues, conducts QA/ME quality analysis, performs EHS risk assessments, manages equipment and spare-part suppliers, supports new equipment transfer and commissioning, and applies root-cause analysis and error-proofing to continuous improvement. Candidates need a college degree or higher, at least five years of equipment maintenance experience, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge, strong problem-solving and teamwork skills, and familiarity with EHS requirements.
