Description
SiTime is hiring a Sr. MEMS process integration Engineer to design, validate, develop, and improve MEMS devices and processes for its silicon MEMS timing products. The role involves process-flow design, MEMS process development and integration with foundries, experimental analysis, yield improvement, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should have an MS in a relevant technical field, strong semiconductor fabrication experience, at least five years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, and experience with statistical analysis, DOE, and SPC. The position is onsite and includes a quarterly innovation bonus and equity grants.
