Baxter is hiring a Senior Engineer - Packaging to lead the design, installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation of packaging equipment and systems in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments. The role also drives process optimization, statistical process control, equipment reliability, predictive maintenance, performance metrics, capital projects, and troubleshooting, while coordinating contractors, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, or chemical manufacturing, and full bilingual English-Spanish proficiency.
