The Senior Packaging Engineer leads complex packaging development projects across Mars Petcare North America’s portfolio, translating proof-of-concept technology into full-scale manufacturing, developing multi-site specifications, managing scale-up and regional risks, and mentoring junior Packaging Engineers and Technologists. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and 5–7+ years of packaging project and technology development experience, with up to 30% travel and no visa sponsorship.
