RCM is hiring a full-time contract Sr. Engineer (Packaging) to support the implementation, qualification, installation, optimization, troubleshooting, and validation of packaging equipment in a life sciences facility. The role includes developing qualification protocols and testing strategies, preparing technical reports, supporting site acceptance tests, and performing risk assessments. Candidates should have a BS or higher in engineering excluding civil, at least five years of life sciences industry experience, strong cGMP knowledge, and experience with change control; medical device or drug product manufacturing experience is preferred.
