Description
The Senior Engineer, Process for Backend and Semiconductor Processes will oversee and manage backend semiconductor manufacturing operations, including assembly, packaging, testing, quality control, equipment and tooling, performance monitoring, process optimization, documentation, safety, and new-technology evaluation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, semiconductor process-management experience, analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with quality assurance and backend equipment. It is primarily an office-based position requiring computer use, occasional facility travel, and a valid driver’s license.
