Description
The role leads the development and deployment of petfood product-format projects across cat and dog products, managing capital projects, pilot-plant scalability, test plans, process specifications, prototypes, and technology platforms. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or science field, at least six years of R&D or engineering development experience, and up to 50% travel. The position provides technical leadership to projects and junior associates, collaborates with scientists, engineers, quality, and supply teams, and requires knowledge of Lean Thinking and Value Added Engineering.
