GlobalFoundries U.S., Inc. is hiring a Sr Engineer Process Engineering Implant in Malta, New York. The role develops and modifies implant process formulations, methods, controls, SOPs, FMEAs, and experiments to improve FEOL and MOL implant performance, yield, reliability, stability, and cost of ownership. It also supports product development compatibility, qualification, continuous improvement, and environmental, health, safety, and security requirements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field and at least two years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience covering semiconductor process engineering, implant equipment, SPC, FMEA, design of experiments, JMP, tool matching, and process qualification.
