Description
GlobalFoundries is hiring a Lithography Process Engineer for its GIGA+ Fab (200mm) Operations & Unit Module Team. The role supports daily lithography operations and projects across CMOS, Photonics, and Power platforms, including startup and qualification of new processes and equipment, troubleshooting, yield and quality improvement, SPC/SEC analysis, PCRB and CR closure, and technical reporting. The position requires a relevant engineering or physical science degree, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and willingness to work weekend swing shifts and overtime; 3–4 years of lithography experience in 200mm or 300mm fabs is preferred.
