Description
GlobalFoundries is hiring a Process Integration Engineer to support 300mm semiconductor manufacturing and development in Malta, New York. The role owns the 45nm silicon photonics product ramp, develops and qualifies process flows and integrations, leads experiments and hardware disposition, monitors line performance, and improves yield, Cp/Cpk, electrical performance, defectivity, cost, and delivery. Candidates need a master’s or PhD in a technology-related engineering or physical science discipline, at least a 3.0 GPA, and English fluency; silicon photonics, semiconductor processing, SPC, DOE, and Lean Manufacturing experience are preferred. The expected salary range is $69,000 to $120,000.
