Description
The Senior Engineer – Reliability Engineering will manage and execute reliability, durability, life-cycle, and qualification testing in a Reliability Lab. The role develops test plans and procedures, operates laboratory equipment and instrumentation, conducts thermal, mechanical, electrical, and environmental stress tests, analyzes failures, performs root-cause and corrective-action work, documents results, supports product design and validation, and mentors junior engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and typically 5–8 years of relevant experience.
