Magna Electronics is hiring a Software Lead to develop and maintain automotive embedded software for ADAS ECU products from concept through serial production. The role combines hands-on software development, project planning, software release coordination, team leadership, architecture definition, requirements support, risk management, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a master’s degree in software engineering, at least eight years of relevant serial automotive software development experience, and strong embedded C/C++ and MCU/ARM operating-system knowledge; visa sponsorship is not available.
