Description
Micron is hiring a Site Strategic Program Manager to manage construction programs across Singapore. The role supports the construction site director and leadership team by coordinating multiple projects and workstreams, developing schedules and milestones, managing risks, costs, scope changes, and contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with EHS, permit-to-work, regulatory, and corporate construction standards. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or a related field, at least five years of engineering or program management experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or construction, and proficiency with Microsoft O365, SharePoint, and project controls tools.
