Micron Technology is hiring a Senior Engineer/Staff Engineer for its Operations Central Team in Hiroshima to drive tool and process optimization, global manufacturing alignment, preventive maintenance standardization, safe shutdown and recovery procedures, and SEAL system implementation across diffusion or implant manufacturing. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or an associated field, at least three years of manufacturing or engineering experience in diffusion or implant, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and knowledge of equipment and materials safety. Preferred qualifications include advanced engineering education, global manufacturing standardization, SEAL and preventive maintenance experience, leadership, and AI-assisted data analysis or workflow redesign.
