Molex is hiring a Senior Engineer, Supplier Quality in Shijie Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, to oversee supplier quality for injection molding and stamping processes. The role conducts QSA and QPA audits, follows corrective actions, supports internal quality teams, maintains supplier databases, guides inspection personnel, and provides technical support for testing, failure analysis, and process improvement. The position requires a bachelor's degree in chemistry, materials, mechanical engineering, mold engineering, or a related field, at least five years of injection molding or stamping quality management experience, and proficiency with quality tools such as 8D, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and DOE.
