Molex is hiring a Sr. Engineer, Supplier Quality in Shijie Town, Dongguan, Guangdong. The role assesses and qualifies suppliers, reviews design for manufacturing and project requirements, leads high-risk component APQP and PPAP processes, supports supplier development and quality improvement, and coordinates with internal quality teams. The position requires a science or engineering degree, at least five years of supplier quality or advanced quality management experience, strong plating knowledge, and proficiency with quality tools such as 8D, SPC, Six Sigma, and 5-Why analysis.
