Micron Technology is hiring a DRAM Device Engineer for its Taiwan Device Team to lead DRAM CELL device development projects from concept through high-volume manufacturing. The role covers technology roadmap enablement, electrical characterization, performance optimization, reliability improvement, technology transfer, root-cause analysis, and the development of automated data-analysis and AI-assisted engineering workflows. Candidates need a master's or PhD in a relevant technical field, strong semiconductor device and process knowledge, experience with statistical analysis and semiconductor development tools, and the ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects.
