GlobalFoundries is hiring for a process-integration and device-development role focused on high-voltage BCD processes. The position involves executing engineering splits on development lots, device testing and reporting, collaborating with failure analysis and reliability teams, owning lots while learning HV process and device development, and supporting high-voltage test-structure layout and device optimization. Candidates need a degree or master’s in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Material Science, 2–3 years of process-integration or technology-development experience, and strong knowledge of CMOS/HV process schemes and device physics.
