Description
Molex is hiring a Senior Engineer, Test Development in Hsinchu to own and integrate outsourced process modules for silicon photonics chips at a contract manufacturing testing house. The role covers process specification and qualification, yield and quality monitoring, root-cause analysis, cross-module correlation, and disciplined process change control. Candidates need a BS/MS in a relevant engineering or science field, at least two years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, and knowledge of silicon photonics process sensitivity, SPC/CPK, RCA/8D, and data-handling tools.
