Description
SiTime is hiring a Senior Test Development Engineer to develop hardware and software solutions for precision timing devices. The role covers ATE test flow and plan definition, mixed-signal ATE software development, test hardware design and validation, DUT and interface-board qualification, system integration, debugging, correlation, release-to-production support, and change management. The engineer will collaborate with product engineering, design, manufacturing, quality, equipment engineering, and OSAT partners. A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience and at least four years of related work experience are required; ATE, analog electronics, C++, and statistical analysis experience are specified, with some ATE and metrology experience preferred.
